1929 Ford Roadster Pick Up (UK )
1929 Ford Roadster Pickup (UK)
Posting this one for my Jesters Bud Dale...
He's selling this roadster pickup
to buy something more
practical and
is looking for a pre 70's triumph motorcycle.
This awesome Roadster Pickup was Pro built
last year by Buckland
Automotive,
Just in time for Pendine Races
where it managed to run 76mph.
Body is 1/2 Brookville 1/2 Original,
Original Bed with New Wood kit in it,
Steve Sellers Cast Hallock Screen.
Body Painted in Farrow and Ball Litchen.
Original Chassis which is in Very Good Condition
F1 Xmember to take the F1 Pedals and the 1939 Ford Trans,
F100 steering box which has been rebuilt.
All Original Early Ford Front End...
3" Dropped Model A Axle,
Early Ford Hydraulic Brakes (Fully Rebuilt).
1936 Ford Banjo The Rear End,
1940's Wishbones
Hydraulic Rear Brakes (Fully Rebuilt),
1934 Ford Torque Tube.
Wide 5 Early Ford Wheels
with Very Rare 1939 Spyder Caps,
Firestone Tyres.
The Engine is believed to be a rebuilt 21 Stud Flathead
Wth Pump in Block,
it's pretty much stock other than a pair of brand new
strombergs...
on an adaptor and a Mallory dual point dissy.
The gearbox had been freshly rebuilt over the winter using
all original parts.
Interior is very Spartan with a pair of
original NOS
Lancaster bomber seats,
With Military style cushions,
These seats are obviously very
very rare and
Dale will knock a substantle price off of the car
if they were to stay
in his possession.
The gauge cluster is from a 32 Chrysler imperial,
again this
is pretty rare,
it's missing one gauge which he has struggled to find.
The fuel tank is an auxiliary oxygen tank from a b17 bomber
it's pretty small at about 8 gallons which gets you around 100
miles.
SORRY SOLD
